Day 5

Lunch: A piece of toast, 200 gr. Cooked meat or fish and a tomato;

Dinner: 225 gr. baked potatoes, peas and carrots.

Note: Make sure you cook the vegetables without using salt. Alcohol consumption during this diet is strictly prohibited. Follow the diet for the first five days, then take a two-day break and continue with the same diet on the eighth day. Those suffering from heart ailments and diseases should consult a cardiologist before applying this diet in their daily lives.
